Shipping & Delivery
- We want to make it as easy as possible to get your new electric bike and start enjoying it! We want to make it easy for you to join the electric movement from wherever you may be! You have the option of coming into our Toronto, Canada flagship store, ordering online for store pick up or ordering online for delivery.
- FREE Shipping on All Electric Bicycles: Amego is happy to provide free shipping on electric bicycles over $1900, up to $250 in shipping costs to the continental US & Canada. We have to charge extra for remote areas, electric scooters, and batteries so contact us if this is part of your order and we'll let you know what the charges will be. Products will be shipped out from our warehouse in downtown Toronto, Canada within 3 business days. We keep our website inventory up to date but if for some reason the product is on back order or a special order we will e-mail you the arrival date and you have the option to wait or cancel the order.
- Order cancellation: You can cancel your order until it ships. We ship orders out as quickly as we can so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you want to cancel.
- Pick Up In Store: All products can be picked up for free at our dealership in Toronto, Canada. For larger orders or specialty orders, please call us and we will work with you to find a solution.
- Shipment to your local bike shop: If you prefer to have the shipment delivered to your local bike shop, let us know before placing your order. We will contact them and arrange for the delivery.
- Amego offers complementary standard shipping. Any additional charges for delivery will be charged to you including tailgate fees, address changes, and missed appointments. If your bike or box arrives damaged, you must indicate the damage on the delivery slip before it is signed. Please always accept the delivery as additional fees will be charged otherwise. Please contact Amego with pictures of the box damage, bike damage, and picture of the shipping slip that indicated damages.
- Returns & Replacements
- We go through a thorough inspection process prior to shipping products and we carefully select all of our products to ensure high quality components and reliability. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied we want to know so we can help.
- Returns: Unused electric bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the delivery of the product in the original non-damaged packaging for: 1) Store credit towards future purchase less shipping costs or 2) Refund of purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping costs. We will ask you to pay the return shipping cost of the purchase. We can help arrange return shipping through our courier network. Please give us a call at 416-907-4922 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to organize a return or a replacement.
- Replacements: While we pick our shipping partners and pack your shipment carefully, sometimes things go wrong so we are here to help. If your shipment arrives and is damaged or incorrect, please let the delivery company know then contact us immediately. Please check your shipment on arrival and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
