Can you install the part for me at your store?
Yes. All three Amego locations - Downtown Toronto, Midtown Toronto, and Calgary - have certified e-bike technicians on site. Bring your bike in and we can diagnose, source, and install the part same day in most cases. Call ahead at 416-907-4922 to check availability.
Do you ship e-bike parts across Canada?
Yes. We ship to all provinces. Most in-stock parts ship within 1-2 business days from our Toronto warehouse. If you need a part urgently and aren't sure it's in stock, email us at sales@amegoev.com before ordering and we'll confirm.
My e-bike model is discontinued - can you still find parts for it?
Often yes. We have deep inventory of parts for older NCM, BionX, Das-Kit, and ET Cycle models that are no longer in production. Contact us with your model name and the part you need and we'll check our stock.
