Awesome Hybrid eBike I have the Velotric Summit 2 and have been testing it for a few weeks now. I must say, it's an awesome ebike. I am a fat tire fan, but the thinner yet knobby tires on the summit gives me just as much traction on and off road. I have had it on light trails, dirt, gravel and it just performs well. The motor with 100nm of torque is powerful to make hill climbing easy. The frame is thinner and lighter so it blends well with a regular bike and does not scream "beast" like some fat tires. At first I was turned off by the smaller display, but its good quality, color and easy to read. There is just a lot to like about the Summit and it has quickly become one of my all time favorites.

Unbelievably capable bike. I’ve taken it from valley-over mountains- to the CA beach. The combinations of experiences you can have, in a single ride, is astonishing. Up on the trails- it’s like riding a horse, quietly through the canyons. I really love it. Not trying to catch air, just seeing the sights and trails and shortcuts. As a commuter- it’s really functional. Stretches like Laguna Canyon Road- are a breeze. And I easily reach top speeds- even in its LOWER group of gears/power. ECO. in the canyons, I was able to really climb some steep rocky hills, that I really shouldn’t have been climbing!!
