We ship electric bikes across Canada, and offer complimentary standard shipping for any bike purchase over $1,900 CAD. Each bike is fully inspected before shipment and arrives 90% assembled—you only need to install the pedals, tighten the handlebar stem, and perform a quick safety check before your first ride. Shipping within Canada typically takes 2–7 business days. We also offer local delivery within the Greater Toronto Area (within 75 km of Downtown Toronto), completed within a 2–4 hour window through a trusted third-party service. Please be aware that additional charges may apply for tailgate delivery, remote area service, congestion fees, address changes, or missed appointments. If your bike or box arrives damaged, you must note the damage on the delivery slip before signing. Always accept the delivery, as refusal may result in further charges. In case of damage, please contact Amego immediately and provide photos of the box, the bike, and the signed delivery slip indicating the damage.

You’re welcome to pick up your e-bike from any of our three store locations. Simply select in-store pickup at checkout, and visit the location that’s most convenient for you.
Flexible Pickup & Delivery
Is your item out of stock at your preferred location? No problem. Just select your desired pickup store during checkout, and we’ll arrange a free inter-store transfer for you. This service ensures you can always pick up your bike from the most accessible location, without delays or added costs.
While you're in-store, you’ll also have the chance to test ride your e-bike to ensure the perfect fit. Our team of professional bike technicians will help you pair accessories, make upgrades, and ensure your bike is fully tuned and ready to ride.
