I am enjoying everything about this e-bike. The adjustable handlebar makes my riding position so comfortable. The twist grip derailleur shifter is almost intuitive. The power assist is exactly what I command - PAS 3 for level roads and PAS 4 going uphill. The 19 Ah battery takes me 50 miles/80 km. and the seat allows it.
I have owned 4 e-bikes, including expensive Pedego and EBC brands. My NCM CRU7s is the best. I'll buy another as soon as they offer some colour choices.
