We’re available 7 days a week to provide you the expertise needed to make sure your bike is in tip-top shape. We have a full service department to take care of any issues that might come up while on your ride. We’re here to diagnose and provide our expertise in the event that service is needed.
Our tech team is trained directly by each manufacturer so you can trust that we have the most current product details should warranty issues arise.

The parts warranty is provided with the purchase of a new e-bike, this is covered by the manufacturer through Amego EV. Warranties range from one to two years depending on the manufacturer. Amego EV charges 100% labour rates for any warranty related issues, as well as warranty processing.
*Only Amego products will be offered a 50% discount on our labour rate, within the first 90 days after the original purchase.
