Great buy! very satisfied, comfortable, easy operating! Easy assembling. Had an issue by my fault with my front light, the personnel wanted to send me another one free! I finally fixed it and cancel that free offer, I was so surprised by their offer!!!! From Quebec province and fast shipping even if the transporter was a bit slow. Not the seller's fault at all!!!! Just bought a 27.5 inch Milano plus. I love it. I haven't met a hill I couldn't climb yet. Lots of fun and comfy too.
Just bought a new NCM Milano Plus 27.5 from the Amego Warehouse branch on Wingold Street Toronto - free parking anytime. The bike is excellent - sleek, lightweight, amazing battery, not a jumpy power-assist. But even better are the guys working at the warehouse. They took the time to answer all my questions, hunt for accessories, did special engineering for the rack and bike lock, prepared the bike above and beyond my expectations, and even helped me put it in my small Toyota Matrix! Plus they said I can bring it in anytime I need any servicing. Thank you David and Roy :)
